Good for neck stiffness/pain
Great quality. Material is a rubberlike feel and very durable. I love there are no wires attached so I can use anywhere. It is rechargeable and holds a charge for a long time. The massage, heat and EMS features are very responsive and effective. I love the remote control to change setting without having to readjust. Works great for neck pain or stiffness, I initially got it for myself, but my wife seems to also enjoy using it, so I ordered 1 more, worth every penny spent.
Long-term relief

Good for neck pain
I am happy with the results I got after using it, I must say shipping could be faster (took a week to arrive), but the product works so it's worth the wait. I have a herniated C5-C6 vertebrae and this helps relieve the pain in my neck & shoulder, worth the price.
